ORIGIN STORY

It began with a chance meeting at a party - a dream was forged. Boldly going where no geek has gone before, we set out on a quest to find the one pizza that rules them all...

Starting in the realms of Edinburgh's street food markets, we ventured far and wide, catering for events small or large with a small fleet of ovens bringing our handmade Neapolitan inspired pizzas to the world!

After many years on the road, we founded our first pizza restaurant in Haymarket, Edinburgh in 2018, leading to our second 'The Tardis' on the Leith Shore in 2021.
